The re-launch of a groundbreaking e-discovery collaborative, ESI Roundtable, will take place on May 7, 2015 in Birmingham, Alabama with the program “Common Ground.” The program has been designed to help practitioners from all courts and practices engage in meaningful conversation about ESI in litigation.

The judges in attendance will include Federal Magistrates John Ott & Michael Putnam, Circuit Court Judge Robert Vance, and Domestic Relations Judge Julie Palmer. Judges’ panel discussions will include topics such as Challenges with Counsel from the Bench, Opportunities for Cooperation, Judge Robert Vance’s Order Regarding ESI Discovery, and others. Counsel panels will also include many topics on ESI cooperation.

This workshop will focus on each stage of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, address issues that concern the Bench, and discuss best practices for both sides.

Julie Bracker is a proud founding member of the ESI Roundtable in Atlanta and is excited to participate in the re-launch of this collaborative effort. As a member of the Sedona Conference Institute’s Faculty, Ms. Bracker has been actively involved in the ESI discussion since 2002 and consults with plaintiff firms around the country on ways to make ESI affordable for smaller firms.
