Recently I had the pleasure of being a guest on Top Docs Radio, a podcast sponsored by the Medical Association of Georgia. I was invited to provide the plaintiff’s attorney “counterpoint” to Scott Grubman of Chilivis Cochran Larkins & Bever, a former assistant United States attorney and one of the state’s fastest rising white collar criminal defense attorneys. It was a rare opportunity (and a lot of fun) to play the bogeyman, and speak to an audience of medical practitioners and advise them how to stay out of my crosshairs and avoid liability under the False Claims Act.
